Polar Loop Activity Tracker Misty Blue
ispravan
The blue Loop Activity Tracker from Polar is a watch that allows you to track your movement 24/7 and provides guidance so you can reach your fitness goals. It works with the Polar Flow iOS/Android app and Polar Flow web service, which is software that can be downloaded onto a Windows or Mac computer. Both the app and web service enable many useful features like tracking your daily activity and providing feedback, measuring the intensity of your activities, and offering post-workout analysis to help reach your goals. Through the app, the Loop watch is able to alert you when you`ve been inactive for too long. Used together, the watch works with the app and web service to help you stay active throughout the day and get feedback. The watch displays daily activity, calories burned, steps taken, and the time of day.
The Loop Activity Tracker is also compatible with the separately sold Polar H6 and H7 Bluetooth Smart heart rate sensors. Since the Loop Activity Tracker is water-resistant, it can be worn while swimming or in the bath or shower. The Polar Loop Activity Tracker has a built-in rechargeable battery that lasts for up to five days on a charge. It can be charged via USB using the included cable.
Please note that heart rate monitoring and Bluetooth connectivity will not work while the Loop is submerged in water
Body Measurement Features on the Watch
Polar EnergyPointer
During a training session, EnergyPointer tells you if the main effect of your training is fat burning or fitness improvement. EnergyPointer visually indicates the center point between these two training effects on the watch, so when you are below that point, you are improving fat burning, and above that point, you are improving your aerobic fitness
Polar OwnCal - Smart Calories
Calculates the number of calories burned. Calculation is based on your individual data: your weight, height, age, gender, and the intensity of physical activity. Smart Calories are available in heart rate monitors and activity trackers
Heart Rate
Heart rate is the measurement of the work your heart does. It can be expressed as the number of beats per minute or as a percentage of your maximum heart rate. Heart rate can also be expressed as a percentage of your heart rate reserve, meaning the difference between your resting heart rate and maximum heart rate (HRR = HRmax - HRrest). In Polar software or during strength training, heart rate can be displayed as a graphical trend
Please note that heart rate monitoring will not work while the Loop is submerged in water
Polar Flow Web Service
Activity Benefit
Tracks all your active choices during the day and shows how they help you stay healthy. On the Loop, the ACTV bar slowly fills up throughout the day and then the word `GOAL` appears once you`ve reached your daily activity goal. Or if there`s still a bit missing, it will encourage you to move more. Activity Benefit gives you daily, weekly, and monthly feedback, because the more you move, the greater the health benefits. You can check up on how you`re doing either from your mobile or from the web
Activity Zones
Polar Loop tracks your daily activities at five intensity levels: resting, sitting, low, medium and high. It measures the different activity zones (low, medium, high) so that the higher the intensity, the faster your goal is reached. In the Polar Loop bracelet, `UP` means low intensity, `WALK` means medium intensity, and `JOG` means high intensity. You can find more examples for low, medium and high intensity activities at the Polar Flow web service
Advanced Activity Analysis
Activity reports store all your daily activity so that you can easily analyze your daily and long-term physical activity. The total active time tells you the cumulative time of body movements that are good for your body and health. Besides the many details you get about your physical activity and all the health benefits that come with it, you can also see the inactive periods and when you`ve been still for too long
Training Diary
Diary is available at the Polar web service. When you transfer your training results from your training computer to the Diary, you can easily follow up your activity as well as plan future training sessions. You can choose to see your training history in a month or week view, along with a monthly or weekly summary
Polar Flow iOS/Android App
Inactivity Alert
The Polar Flow app, for Apple iOS/Android mobile devices, shares all the same features of the Polar Flow web service (Activity Benefit, Advanced Activity Analysis, Training Diary). In addition, the app enables the Loop watch to remind you when you have been sitting for too long
Activity Features
24/7 Activity Tracking
Registers your daily activity at different intensity levels continuously for 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Shows resting and sitting times as well as daily activities at low, medium, and high intensities. Counts daily calories and steps

Activity Guide shows how active you`ve been during the day. It also tells you how much you need to do to reach the global recommendations for physical activity. With practical guidance like `walk for 50 minutes or jog for 20 minutes` you can choose how to reach your daily activity goal. Meet your goal faster with more intense activities or stay active at a slightly more moderate pace throughout the day
